A Deal with the Devil (Episode 65) Written by Eric Lewald Originally Broadcast on September 14, 1996 Omega Red, destruction machine from the former Soviet Union and sworn enemy of Wolverine, is thawed and sent two miles beneath the ocean to salvage a disabled, toxic nuclear submarine threatening to break up near Hawaii. His only condition: Wolverine and Storm go down with him as 'insurance.' Once in the sub, it turns out Omega Red has other plans for the nuclear missiles--and the two X-Men! NOTES This episode was originally produced for Season 3 but was held back due to animation problems. They had to reuse some scenes from RED DAWN in order to finally get this episode on the air.
