The Cat (Partners in Danger, Part 2; Episode 43) Story by John Semper Teleplay by Sean Catherine Derek Originally Broadcast on February 8, 1997 When Felicia Hardy discovers her Mother is being blackmailed by Doc Ock, she realizes there are family secrets she does not know. Spidey drops by to have a heart-to-heart with Felicia and runs Ock off, but Mrs. Hardy seems less than greatful. When Peter Parker matches Felicia's father's picture with an old newspaper photo, he realizes that her father was the famous Cat, and that's where the families money comes from. Meanwhile, Kingpin convinces Doc Ock to join his team (after persuading him so to speak), and Kingpin and Landon's men spring The Cat from his S.H.I.E.L.D. cell with the Chameleon taking his place. Later, Peter does some more snooping, and learns about Captain America's origin, as well as some info on the Cat. Felicia is then captured by Doc Ock and meets her father. NOTES This episode is available on the "Spider-Man VS Dr. Octopus" VHS/DVD, which you can buy from the BUY SPIDER-MAN STUFF section of this site. Jack Angel takes over the role of Nick Fury as of this episode. However, the flashback clip of Nick Fury features Philip Abbott's voice. I guess they forgot to have Jack Angel re-loop that scene.
