Spider-Man is responsible for catching Robbie in the act, but can't believe he's really guilty, but he's convicted by testimony from his 'gang-mates'. Peter Parker and J.Jonah Jameson try to prove his innocence, and discover that Robbie's been set up by Richard Fisk, doing a favor for Tombstone.
