Other Incredible Hulk Appearances

The Hulk has appeared on quite a few of the other Marvel cartoons. They are as follows:

Fantastic Four

The Hulk and Rick Jones guest-starred on the second season episode of the show, entitled "Nighmare In Green." Bruce Banner and Rick come to New York to help Mr. Fantastic find a cure for the Thing. However, the Thing gets in the way of the Hulk, and the two duke it out. The rest of the FF comes to Ben's aide, and the Hulk can't help but ask, "Why pretty girl help ugly rock monster?" Both Hulk and Rick were voiced by different voice actors.


Iron Man

The Hulk also guest-starred on a season two episode of Iron Man, called "Hulkbuster." In addition to the Hulk, the Leader also guest-starred (and was also voiced by Matt Frewer). One of the Mandarin's missing rings is in the desert, where it adversely reacts to solar energy, creating rifts in time, one of which snares Julia Carpenter/Spider-Woman, who disappears. Iron Man recovers the ring with Dr. Bruce Banner, but they are attacked by robots who steal the ring and deliver it to The Leader. The Leader now has two rings and wants to use them to go back in time to murder the young Bruce Banner and take his place when the Gamma bomb detonates, giving him the Hulk's strength. But Iron Man, Rhodes and Banner have located The Leader's hideaway. In the struggle for one of the rings, Iron Man and Hulk disappear in a time rift. While the Hulk and Iron Man fight, Rhodes and HOMER force the Leader to bring them back. Instead, the Leader leaps through a portal with the other ring and attempts to complete his plan.


X-Men

The Hulk appeared for a few seconds in the season 3 episode "The Juggernaut Returns." The Juggernaut had broken into the mansion, and Xavier activated a few Danger Room programs to slow him down. Hulk was one of them.

 

Spider-Man

Hulk and She-Hulk were in the original draft to appear in the Secret Wars 3 parter, in Spider-Man's 5th season. However, due to the current show on UPN, they had to be written out. They were replaced by the Lizard.
