Elsewhere, at Rooker's Island Penitentary, a man named Doctor Octopus has escaped. A power surge occurred which caused the dampeners that "turned off" his tentacles to be destroyed. After that, it was an easy task for him to get out of his cell and defeat the prison guards. Being that he is now a free man, he only is thinking about one thing: The revenge on the person who caused him to be put in jail all these times.
