The year is 1859, and the men are Dr. James Xavier and Dr. Nathaniel Essex. The latter believes mutants are the next genetic step forward and begins a bizzare experiment involving mutant evolution. The origin of Mr. Sinister is revealed, as Dr. Xavier tries to stop Essex before he goes too far. Will he succeed? Nope. NOTES A good episode for fans of Mr. Sinister.
